- 18.07.2004 Shanghai, China, DTM, Sunday, Accident of Bernd Mayländer (GER), CLK AMG-Mercedes, Mercedes CLK-DTM, which caused a red flag. He drove against a sewer cover which was thrown up by another car. The glue that was suppose to hold the cover was melted due to the heat.
